About Me

Volunteering in Thailand
I graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at St.Lawrence College in 2005. After writing the registry exam with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians, I worked to specialize with cats for four years at the Guelph Cat Clinic. Through the years there have been many ups and downs in learning to work with such a unique species, but every moment was worth it.

Helping a Cria (baby alpaca)
I followed my passion to travel and started working as a vet nurse at  Massey University in New Zealand, after which I donated my time to Phangan Animal Care in Thailand. Then I spent 2011 working in Toronto at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic, home to the hit TV show ER Vets.

Making friends in Italy
My love of animals has lead to many adventures at home in Canada, and also the Dominican Republic, USA, Russia, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Italy and now France. I've just moved to British Columbia, Canada where I have started my new adventure of working at the Shaw Pet & Equine Hospitals.
